Yes, the private gardens are walled and fenced, but determined dogs and young children may find their way through the fencing. The private terraced garden leads onto a 5-acre meadow. Feel free to explore the meadow, but please keep dogs on leads and clear up any waste as children also play in this field.
The private garden is for your exclusive use, and it adjoins the shared 5-acre meadow. While you are welcome to explore the meadow, we ask that you respect the privacy of guests staying in the neighbouring cottage.
Absolutely! We welcome families and provide a safe environment for children, with stair gates and ample space to explore. Just keep in mind that the meadow is shared, so please supervise children, especially near the garden boundaries.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional fee of £30. Dogs must be kept on leads in the parking area and in the shared meadow. We have throws for downstairs furniture and prefer not to allow dogs upstairs or on the beds. Stair gates are available at the top and bottom of the stairs for your convenience. However, we understand each dog is different—if keeping your dog downstairs proves challenging, please contact us. We want your pets to be comfortable and are happy to discuss flexible arrangements. Please note, if dogs are found upstairs or on the beds without prior agreement, additional cleaning fees will apply.

Yes, the TVs in the property are smart TVs. Please remember to log out of your streaming apps before you leave to ensure your account security.
Yes, the hot tubs are available all year round at no extra charge.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival. For last-minute bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, payment is required in full at the time of booking.
If you cancel, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 6 weeks of your stay, you can rebook alternative dates up to 12 months ahead, subject to availability. If your rebooked dates are at a higher rate, the difference will need to be paid. We also recommend purchasing holiday insurance.
Yes, fire pits are available for outdoor fires. Please use the fire pits and avoid open fires to protect the local wildlife. Hedgehogs and hares may investigate, so we kindly ask that you dispose of hot ashes securely. We provide some firewood, and additional logs can be purchased during your stay.
We do not offer daily cleaning services, but we kindly ask that you treat the property as your own and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay.

Our standard stays follow a 3 or 4 minimum night stay due to our cleaning schedules. However, if you need different check-in/check-out days, please get in touch, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, most supermarkets deliver to the property. Please ensure you provide the delivery driver with the What3words location to avoid confusion, as the postcode may lead to the wrong address.
