Finding Us

To reach us, set your sights on Lower Broxwater, EX23 9RL. As you near our location, your trusty satnav might suggest a left turn up a concrete farm lane—ignore this, and instead, turn right up the stone lane, marked with a sign for Broxwater and a green sign indicating "private, no right of way." Keep an eye out for our charming white house, approximately 750 meters ahead on the left, up a concrete slope. The first cottage you arrive at is Broxwater Dairy, then follow the signs to Broxwater Shippon from here!
